Quarter Master and Fleet Support – East Detachment

Treaty Three Police Service is currently looking for a full-time, permanent Support Person for Quarter Master and Fleet for our East Detachment in Waabigonii Zaaga’igan First Nation. Duties & Responsibilities:
• Support Fleet/QM Coordinator with moving and cleaning vehicles
• Assist Fleet/QM Coordinator with ordering and tracking uniform and kit for T3PS employees
• Conduct daily check lists to ensure tasks are completed;
• Comply with rules, regulations and policy orders governing use of equipment and co-operate with standards related to Health & Safety regulations;
• Provides support to building caretaker when required;
• Scheduled rotation to include days, evenings and weekends;
• Other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:
•Must be physically and medically fit;
•Must be a Canadian Citizen or permanent resident
•Be of good moral character with no criminal record for which a records suspension (pardon) has not been received or an absolute/conditional discharge that has not been sealed;
•Knowledge and experience on the safe operation of all required equipment and machinery;
•A valid driver’s license and clear driver’s abstract;
•Strong computer and communication skills;
•A strong spirit of collaboration, dependability, positivity and a love what you do attitude.

Entry Level Rate $29.04/hr, with potential for progression to $30.87/hr
