Treaty Three Police Service Helps Deliver Rainbows for Wabaseemoong

(KENORA) – Treaty Three Police are pleased to help deliver “Rainbows for Wabaseemoong” on behalf of the Three Sisters Rainbow Shop. Sisters Gracie, Emily and Molly made 100 Rainbows to show their support for Wabaseemong.

Wabaseemoong Detachment Commander Sgt. Broughton delivered the rainbows to Wabaseemoong where they were proudly displayed throughout the community. The rainbows were shared amongst Wabaseemoong leadership, citizens, community health teams, first responders, and front-line workers including the Rubicon team.

The Treaty Three Police Service is a self-administered Policing entity under the First Nations Policing Program in Canada and is responsible for full policing duties spanning 55,000 square miles of the Greater Treaty Three Region in Northwestern Ontario. This includes approximately 20,000 residents in 23 First Nation Communities.
