Our civilian staff are a critical part of our team. Treaty Three Police Service employs civilian members in a variety of professional, supervisory, technical, administrative and clerical civilian positions. We offer a professional environment with many career development and advancement opportunities.
Y.I.P.I. Summer Student Program
The Youth in Policing Initiative (YIPI) Summer Student Program is the only summer employment opportunity offered by the Treaty Three Police Service. This program provides youth aged 15-17 with hands-on experience in policing and community safety. Applications are posted annually on our website when the intake period opens in March. We encourage interested applicants to check back regularly for updates.

Join our smaller tight knit team that is community based and connection driven. Assist our Officers at detachment, help with court administrative functions, and enjoy one of the most important parts of the role in attending the community celebrations and events.
